W Melbourne is the city’s boldest interpretation of luxury lifestyle, bringing the brand’s global energy into a design that reflects the character of Flinders Lane. The hotel embraces the city’s appetite for creativity, nightlife and fashion, positioning itself as both accommodation and cultural stage.

Design by Woods Bagot captures Melbourne’s contrasts: laneway grit and polished sophistication. Interiors are layered with dark finishes, neon accents and commissioned artworks that speak to the city’s street culture. Guest rooms are vibrant and eclectic, blending high-tech features with playful styling. Bathrooms with bold tiling and statement lighting complete the theatrical mood.

Dining is central to the identity. Lollo, led by chef Adam D’Sylva, showcases modern Australian cuisine with multicultural influences, while Warabi offers an omakase counter experience. Curious bar is immersive, with design inspired by Melbourne’s hidden cocktail dens, and Culprit reflects the city’s café culture. Together these venues create a microcosm of Melbourne’s food scene within the hotel.

The WET Deck, FIT gym and event spaces extend the lifestyle concept, hosting activations that align with fashion, music and art. Service follows the brand’s “Whatever/Whenever” philosophy, ensuring that requests are met with creativity and enthusiasm.

W Melbourne positions itself as more than a hotel: it is an amplifier of the city’s culture, designed for guests who want immersion as much as comfort.
