Size and Style

The hotel has 62 rooms divided into seven room categories. The hotel is set across two iconic heritage-listed buildings – the former Clare Hotel pub and the Carlton & United Breweries Administration Building have been carefully adjoined by a glass link-way under the engineered expertise of Tonkin Zulaikha Greer Architects. The renovation brought to life a distinctive and unique design-led property constructed with obsessive attention to aesthetics and a focus on retaining as many interesting and original features as possible.

They have everything from cafe culture to wine bars, to chocolatiers, to vintage shopping or high end Australian fashion. Everything is nestled between gastro-pubs and terraced houses. It’s so easy to stroll from suburb to suburb getting lost in it all.
