Aman New York has expanded its Homes collection with four new private residences at the Crown Building, Fifth Avenue and 57th Street, bringing the total to seven Homes alongside the hotel’s 83 suites.
Rates range from USD9,000 per night for the One-Bedroom Home to USD40,000 per night for the Three-Bedroom Full-Floor Home, with no minimum stay required across the collection.

The largest of the four additions, the Three-Bedroom Full-Floor Home, occupies the entire 24th floor at 585 square metres. The residence includes three ensuite bedrooms, a dedicated office, media room, multiple entertaining spaces and staff accommodation, with views across Central Park, Fifth Avenue and the western skyline. Three glass-enclosed fireplaces and a private lift landing are among the features.
The Three-Bedroom Home with Pool spans 348 square metres and includes a private terrace with heated infinity pool and outdoor hot tub adjoining the principal suite, alongside three ensuite bedrooms and a media room. The Two-Bedroom Home with Pool covers 316 square metres, also with a private terrace, heated plunge pool and a dual-sided fireplace. The One-Bedroom Home on the 17th floor spans 107 square metres, with floor-to-ceiling windows and a glass-enclosed fireplace.

All Homes include fully equipped kitchens, butler service, complimentary house car and dedicated lift access. Guests have access to Aman New York’s three-storey spa, restaurants Arva and Nama, The Jazz Club and the Garden Terrace.
Interiors across the collection were designed by Jean-Michel Gathy of Denniston, using oak, walnut and cinnamon wood throughout.
