Four Pillars and Rockpool mixologists create a limited edition gin for Qantas

Australia’s award-winning distillery Four Pillars has teamed up with mixologists from Rockpool to create a limited edition Asian-inspired gin for Qantas, named the Modern Australian Gin.

Australia’s award-winning distillery Four Pillars has teamed up with mixologists from Rockpool to create a limited edition Asian-inspired gin for Qantas, named the Modern Australian Gin.

The gin will be served at Qantas First lounges in Sydney, Melbourne and Los Angeles, and also at the Hong Kong and Singapore lounges, and the drinks menu at the Sydney and Melbourne first lounges will include three special cocktails featuring the new gin.

The gin features botanicals including red and green Szechuan, quandong, macademia nuts, tangelos and Rosie Glow apples.
