A new Four Seasons is coming to Mykonos – with a private beach

The 94-room Cycladic cliffside hotel on Kalo Livadi Bay is opening on the south side of the island

Four Seasons Hotel Mykonos will open to guests on the western side of Kalo Livadi Bay on the south side of the island on 26 June 2026. Designed by Greek architect Nicos Valsamakis in classic Cycladic style, the 94-room hotel cascades across six hectares of terraced gardens and landscaped grounds, 20 minutes from the airport and the main town of Chora.

All 94 accommodations feature panoramic Aegean views and furnished terraces, many with private plunge pools appearing to spill into the sea. Shaded stone walkways, flowering gardens and quiet courtyards envisioned by landscape architect Helli Pangalou connect the hotel’s buildings. The property uses desalinated seawater, solar energy and advanced waste management throughout.

“Four Seasons Hotel Mykonos is set to elevate the traditional Greek island vacation to an entirely new level of serene luxury, thoughtful details and personalised service,” said Adrian Messerli, President, Hotel Operations – Europe, Middle East and Africa. “Our goal is to create a deeper experience for our guests as they venture beyond the nightlife and beaches, connecting to Greek culture in more meaningful ways.”

Dining

Four dining concepts – designed by New York’s Rockwell Group – anchor the food and beverage program. Álef is a Mediterranean grill built around the aromas of wood fires, with an expansive terrace for outdoor dining. Kafeneo draws on the spirit of the Greek coffee house – ideal for mornings, while Corbu offers coastal Italian cuisine and The Beach offers all-day cocktails, juices and coffees.

Spa and wellbeing

Designed by Wimberly Interiors, the spa offers seven treatment rooms – including a couple’s room and larger suite, plus an outdoor spa pavilion – alongside a terrace juice bar, sauna and steam. A fitness studio and yoga pavilion are also available.

On the island

The hotel’s private jetty serves as a starting point for yacht expeditions to secluded beaches, the best kitesurf locations and day trips to quieter islands. The private beach is a short walk down the hillside; two infinity pools are surrounded by attended loungers. A supervised kids’ club caters to guests aged five to twelve, with babysitting services also available.

“Whether it’s recommending off-the-well-beaten-path restaurants, matching families with a knowledgeable guide, packing a delicious picnic to go, or simply helping you make sense of Chora’s maze of streets and squares, our team will create your perfect Greek island holiday,” General Manager Ryan Grande said.

Nearby, the stone streets and whitewashed buildings of Chora offer designer boutiques, art galleries and cafes. The island of Delos – the legendary birthplace of Apollo and one of the world’s most extensive archaeological sites – is also short boat ride away.

Reservations at Four Seasons Hotel Mykonos are now open.
