Small Luxury Hotels of the World (SLH) has launched a new loyalty program based on the results of an extensive research project.  SLH, which consists of a collection of 500 boutique hotels, surveyed 350, 000 members of its existing loyalty club in order to design a new program tailored specifically to members’ requests.

Dubbed INVITED, the new club places an emphasis on personal touches as well as giving members more consistent rewards across all SLH properties.  All members of the new, free-to-join club will receive a 10 per cent discount on the Best Available Rate at all SLH properties, as well as late check out, early check in and complimentary breakfast and WiFi throughout their stay. Some will also receive surprise gifts hand selected for their individual tastes either during their stay, or once they’ve returned home.

The new program also increases rewards based on how often members stay at SLH properties, with more frequent travellers receiving birthday gifts and room upgrades, while those who visit over six times a year will accrue free room nights. Members will be able to view their current rewards and manage reservations on a new online loyalty hub.

The collection’s newest hotel, Orania.Berlin will open this month, while the LaLit London and Paseo 206, Cuba’s first luxury boutique, have also recently been added to the collection.
