NoMad makes its Asia Pacific debut on Singapore’s Orchard Road

Nomad Hilton Singapore Room

The 173-room property, due to open in late 2026 on Orchard Road, will expand Hilton’s luxury lifestyle portfolio into the region, bringing a biophilic tower, rooftop chophouse and an art collection drawn almost entirely from Singapore-based artists.

NoMad will open in Singapore‘s former Faber House building on Orchard Road in late 2026, Hilton has announced. The 173-room hotel, which marks NoMad by Hilton’s Asia Pacfic debut and its second hotel globally, will span 10,225 square metres across a structure that replaces the building’s original facade with a cascading 14-storey waterfall and a densely planted vertical exterior. The project marks a further collaboration between UOL Group and Singaporean architecture firm WOHA, whose previous work together produced Pan Pacific Orchard, Singapore. Interiors are by Los Angeles-based Kevin Klein Design, with the aesthetic drawing on Art Deco precedents and the Peranakan heritage of the Emerald Hill conservation area immediately adjacent to the site.

Guests will arrive at the fifth level, where an open-air reception adjoins Lù bar, a terrace and a pool overlooking Singapore‘s Orchard Road. Above, 173 guestrooms and suites span 12 levels and will be fitted with marble surfaces, burlwood joinery, custom wool rugs and paravent screens in pale blue and green. 71 Atelier rooms will include a living area and bathtub, while a further 25 Parlour Suites and NoMad Suites (43 square metres) round out the premium offering.

Dining and bars

At the summit, the NoMad Grill, a New York chophouse-style venue, will sit beneath a tin-coffered ceiling framed by ornamental columns. The menu will be built around dry-aged meats from around the world cooked over wood fire, alongside a raw bar, seafood and seasonal produce. On the same level, The Tropicana Club will reference two historical venues: Havana’s original Tropicana Club (1939) and Singapore’s own Tropicana Club (1968), channelling the cabaret culture of mid-century Havana through a craft cocktail program. At street level, Sticky Fingers will be a new concept for the NoMad brand, serving house-made gourmet soft-serve sundaes.

Art program

More than 1,860 artworks will be installed throughout the property, with 90 per cent sourced from Singapore-based artists. The collection will span oil on copper, acrylic photography and large-scale bas-relief installations. NoMad Singapore will also partner with ART:DIS, a non-profit that advocates for arts access for people with disabilities, to commission works and open professional development pathways for artists with disabilities, building on UOL Group’s existing relationship with the organisation.

“Singapore demonstrates a distinctive capacity for synthesis, whereby global influences are interpreted, integrated, and adapted until something entirely original emerges,” said Kristen Millar, Chief Brand Officer at NoMad. “As reservations go live, we are incredibly excited to introduce the brand to new guests.”
