Registrations are open for the 12 September event, which spans Surry Hills, Waterloo, Alexandria and Paddington with a program of launches, talks and showroom experiences built around direct access to the designers, makers and brand specialists behind the work.

Saturday Indesign will return to Sydney on Saturday 12 September 2026, with registrations now open for what organisers describe as an expanded program across four of the city’s leading design precincts.

Spread across Surry Hills, Waterloo, Alexandria and Paddington, more than 40 participating exhibitors will open their doors for a program of product launches, installations, panel discussions, demonstrations and curated hospitality. The theme for 2026 is Design Together, with participating brands invited to transform their showrooms into spaces for exchange and conversation rather than passive product display.

Confirmed exhibitors include Living Edge, Space Furniture, Dedece, Wilkhahn, Euroluce, Hali Rugs, LightCo, Coco Republic, Great Dane, Bang & Olufsen, BACHLI, Havwoods, Jardan and Fermob, among others.

A program of Design Discussions will run throughout the day, with several sessions limited to small groups. LightCo will present a full-day series, Perspectives on Transformation, with contributions from Catriona Venn of Electrolight, Cushla McFadden of Tom Mark Henry and Lachlan Kirkland of YSG. Hali Rugs will convene a panel moderated by managing director Dan Swart alongside Georgina Wilson of Georgina Wilson Associates, Shona McElroy of Smac Studio and Claire Delmar of Studio CD. BACHLI’s session, The Sofa as Architecture, will bring together Meryl Hare of Hare + Klein and Matt Irvine, senior product designer at Snøhetta.

“This is a weekend for the people who care most about design,” says Raj Nandan, founder of Saturday Indesign. “Architects, interior designers and the clients who commission great projects want conversation, not simply a catalogue. They want to understand the thinking behind a material, the story behind a collection and the people behind the brands.”

Registrations and the full program are at saturdayindesign.com.
