SIRO Boka Place – siro apartment bedroom
The new wellness-focused hotel blends minimalist coastal design with performance-led programming, immersive recovery rituals, and year-round access to Montenegro’s wild outdoors
SIRO Boka Place, the second opening from wellness-focused SIRO Hotels, has officially launched in Porto Montenegro’s Boka Bay. Combining fitness, recovery and purpose-built wellness infrastructure, the property introduces a lifestyle-led stay for travellers looking to balance movement and stillness in one of the Adriatic’s most striking settings.

Accommodation
Set within Porto Montenegro’s Boka Place precinct, the hotel features 96 rooms, suites, and a new offering for the brand – fully serviced studio to three-bedroom apartments. Interiors are open and minimal, with wellness details layered into each space: temperature-regulating mattresses, blackout curtains, soundproofing, and in-room recovery tools like yoga mats, Swedish ladders, and stretch bands.
Designed for flexibility, the apartments offer kitchens, spacious living areas, and access to the hotel’s full suite of services, making them suitable for extended stays and family travel.

Design
With a palette drawn from the coastal surrounds and clean architectural lines throughout, SIRO Boka Place pairs functionality with calm. Each room has been designed as a restful space that supports physical recovery and mental clarity – part of the brand’s broader commitment to holistic performance – and boasts floor-to-ceiling windows that open onto views of the Bay of Kotor.

Wellness & recovery
The hotel’s wellness offering centres on two flagship spaces: the Fitness Lab and the Recovery Lab. Spanning 1,600 square metres, the Fitness Lab includes specialised studios for functional movement, Pilates reformer training, and group classes including HIIT and boxing. A 25-metre indoor-outdoor pool is climate-controlled with a retractable roof.
Next door, the Recovery Lab combines clinical and restorative treatments – from red light therapy, dry needling, and IV drips to breathwork and guided meditation. Recovery pods and a Himalayan salt-walled Zen Room offer spaces for quiet recalibration after exertion or travel.

Destination fitness
SIRO Boka Place builds on its indoor wellness offering with year-round outdoor programming, harnessing Montenegro’s mountains, coastlines, and national parks for guided hikes, scenic walks, high-intensity challenges and family-friendly activities. Experiences are graded for all fitness levels and include access to coaches, gear, and post-adventure recovery services, such as massage and hydration therapy.
The property’s “Destination Fitness” ethos, meanwhile, is designed to reframe traditional travel downtime into immersive movement-based exploration – whether that’s through sunrise coastal hikes, tailored adventure circuits, or community-led experiences in nature.
Dining
SIRO Boka Place also marks the brand’s debut into standalone food and beverage offerings. SIRO Table offers a Mediterranean-meets-Balkan menu curated by chefs and nutritionists in collaboration, focusing on macro-balanced dishes and considered indulgences.
On the rooftop, SIRO Social serves organic and low-intervention wines, low- and no-alcohol cocktails, and healthy plates designed for communal dining, all against the backdrop of Kotor Bay.

The Refuel Bar offers customisable shakes and on-the-go snacks, while 24-hour in-room modular dining allows guests to tailor their meals to personal training schedules or wellness goals.
SIRO Boka Place follows the debut of SIRO One Za’abeel in Dubai in 2024. The Montenegro property represents the brand’s expansion into Europe, offering a lifestyle-forward alternative to traditional wellness resorts – where training, rest, and nature are placed on equal footing.
