The premium, one-bedroom villa will now offer several new amenities, including an on-hand guest experience maker, or GEM, to personally tailor the guests’ journey throughout their stay

Six Senses Yao Noi has reopened its ultra-luxury villa, The View, after an extensive refurbishment. Located beyond Phuket in Phang Nga Bay of Yao Noi, Thailand, the revamped The View is a spacious 2,422 square feet and now offers an infinity-edge pool, pool shack, private cinema, sunken dining area, mezzanine floor and a fitness studio.

Graham Grant, general manager of Six Senses Yao Noi said The View was updated and enhanced based on comments received from previous guests. “This villa was always called The View and for a good reason, it offers the most exceptional viewpoints across to Phang Nga Bay,” he said. “It makes the perfect romantic setting for couples to enjoy each other’s company while being captivated by the lush landscape.”

The villa interior is Thai-inspired with a modern twist. One newly-added feature is a waterfall that is visible though a glass floor in the bedroom as it flows beneath the king-sized bed, connecting the occupants with the soothing sight and sounds of flowing water.

Guests are treated to a 360-degree view of the surroundings, including a panoramic view of the iconic Phang Nga Bay limestone karsts. In addition, the glass main walls offer vistas of the ocean, jungle and waterfall from inside or outside the villa.

Dining options include a ‘get-me-going’ basket, which offers a healthy breakfast menu, lunches served poolside on a floating tray, the pool shack with a ‘cocktail of the day’ mix of ingredients and barbecue dinners served by a private chef in the sunken dining area.

With sustainability and wellness in mind, The View was a collaborative effort between the Six Senses creative team and Six Sense Yao Noi. This re-opening will be followed by the arrival of the highly-anticipated Six Sense Fort Barwara in India.

From now through September 30, 2019, guests of The View who stay a minimum of three nights will be treated to a private in-villa barbecue dinner for two people.
