World’s largest duty-free store now open in Sydney
Sydney is now home to the world’s largest standalone duty-free space after Heinemann Duty Free officially opened its doors last week.

Those travelling internationally from Sydney now have a refreshed duty-free shopping space, with the official opening of Heinemann Tax & Duty-Free’s new 8,000-square-metre departure zone retail space at Sydney International Airport.
Touted as the largest standalone duty-free store in the world, the new offering gives travellers a range of luxury and premium shopping brands, alongside new food and beverage options, including two dining concepts with Australian chef Luke Mangan.
Among 700 international and local brands, luxury options such as Fendi, Jimmy Choo, Bvlgari, Bally and Zegna are available to shoppers, as well as a premium spirits lounge, a tasting bar, and a dedicated, full-time wine expert.
