Look & Feel

ABOUT THE HOTEL

The hotel is a marvel of design – elegant contemporary rooms and lavish bathrooms housed in a former Monastery, complete with cloisters, with some parts of the building dating back to the 14th century. 

 

THE SUITE EXPERIENCE

The hotel’s 20 suites are the largest in Prague, with the unique Oriental Suite located at the top of former Renaissance chapel, above the spa, and featuring distinctive curved walls meeting in a pointed arch.

Eat In

DINING

Essensia restaurant presents a fusion of modern Czech cuisine with Indian and other Asian dishes. The cellar offers selections from the finest boutique vineyards of Bohemia, and is available for private functions.

Treat Yourself

SPA

The spa specialises in heat and water based treatments. Housed in a former Renaissance chapel, with the ruins of a Gothic chapel beneath its glass floor, the spa is accessible from the hotel via an underground passage.

 

IF YOU’D LIKE TO UPGRADE

The 150 square metre Presidential Penthouse Suite commands views of the entire city from most rooms and features a large roof terrace perfect for entertaining. €2,800 (about A$3,585) per night.

Another special suite worth requesting is the Lazar. At 91 square metres in the privacy of the Baroque building, it is the preferred choice of Matt Damon and other Hollywood A-listers when shooting films in Prague. €1,100 (about A$1,408) per night.
