Luxury Australian property collection Spicers Retreats has acquired the Hunter Valley’s Peppers Guest House in New South Wales.
The Guest House will become Spicers’ fourth property in NSW and the largest in the portfolio, with 48 rooms and a six-bedroom cottage along with an on-site restaurant, swimming pool and tennis court, all set on 40 acres. Chef Brett Hobson has been appointed to recreate the menu at the property’s restaurant, Chez Pok.
A soft refurbishment has commenced internally, with additional renovations scheduled in the coming months.
