Terms & Conditions
- The draw is run and promoted by Luxury Travel Media in association with Aavani Nandan and Gwinganna Lifestyle Retreat.
- To enter, the entrant must be following @avaaninandan and @luxurytravelau on Instagram (at the time of draw), AND tag a friend in the comments of this post.
- Entrants must be 18+ and adhere to all Instagram guidelines.
- The giveaway is not affiliated with Instagram.
- Any incomplete entries will be disqualified from the draw.
- Employees of Luxury Travel Media, contractors, related agencies or members of immediate family (“Immediate family” means spouse, parent, natural or adopted child, sibling (whether natural or adopted by parents) are ineligible to enter this competition.
- Employees of Gwinganna Lifestyle Retreat and their contractors, related agencies or members of immediate family are ineligible to enter this competition.
- By entering into the draw, the entrant warrants that they satisfactorily meet the entry requirements and accepts the terms and conditions associated with the draw.
- The competition commences 5:00pm (AEDT) Monday 26th February 2024 and closes 5:00pm (AEDT) Thursday 21st March 2024.
- There is one major prize (voucher) to be won. Total value of the prize (voucher) is $6,950.
- The prize (voucher) is not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be taken as cash.
- The random prize draw will take place at 96 Holdsworth Street, Woollahra NSW at 10:00am (AEDT) on Friday 22nd March, 2024. The winner will be selected at random in line with the national TPL requirements and under authority number TP/02205.
- The winner will be announced on Luxury Travel Media social media platforms on Friday 22nd March.
- The winner will be notified by direct message from @luxurytravelau Instagram account by 5:00pm Friday 22nd March.
- The winner is required to reply to the direct message accepting the prize and confirming their name and email address within 48 hours from Friday 22nd March 2024.
- Whilst best efforts will be made to contact the winner, in the event that reasonable attempts at notification fail for whatever reason and receipt of notification by the above specification is not provided, the winner will forfeit the prize and cash will not be awarded in lieu of the prize. If the prize is unclaimed after 48 hours from Friday 22nd March 2024, it will be redrawn and the new winner notified from @luxurytravelau Instagram account.
- The prize (voucher) and details of how the winner is to book and claim the prize (voucher) will be emailed to the winner by Luxury Travel Media.
- The prize (voucher) must be claimed in person at Gwinganna Lifestyle Retreat.
- The winner’s name and contact details will be shared with Gwinganna Lifestyle Retreat.
- The prize (voucher) will be active from the date of the prize being accepted, and will be valid for six (6) months from this date. If not claimed within this time the prize (voucher) will be forfeited.
- By entering and participating in the draw, the entrant agrees to hold harmless, defend and indemnify Luxury Travel Media from and against any and all claims, demands, liability, damages or causes of action (however named or described), losses, costs or expenses, with respect to or arising out of or related to: (i) entrant’s participation in the draw, or (ii) entrant’s participation in any prize related activities, acceptance of a prize and/or use or misuse of a prize (including, without limitation, any property loss, damage, personal injury or death caused to any person(s)).
- The prize (voucher) has been supplied by a third party to Luxury Travel Media. The prize is subject to conditions imposed by Gwinganna Lifestyle Retreat.
- The prize (voucher) is the responsibility of Gwinganna Lifestyle Retreat. Should the prize differ from the product advertised or be delivered with fault, the winner should, where reasonably appropriate, liaise directly with the company.
- Luxury Travel Media reserves the right to disqualify any and all entrants where there is reasonable cause to suspect any unlawful or improper conduct, such as submitting false information, infringing the intellectual property rights of third party’s involved in the draw, or if there has otherwise been a breach of the competition terms and conditions.
