Aman to open first urban sanctuary in Singapore

Set within Singapore’s soon-to-be tallest skyscraper, The Skywaters, Aman Singapore will blend serene design and sweeping city views with the brand’s signature sense of sanctuary

Aman has announced plans for its first property in Singapore, a highly anticipated urban retreat that will anchor the landmark Skywaters Tower – set to become the tallest building in the city. The new address brings Aman’s hallmark of minimalist design, privacy and wellbeing to one of Asia’s most dynamic destinations for the first time.

Rising from a rare island site at the convergence of the Central Business District, Marina Bay and the future Greater Southern Waterfront, The Skywaters is being developed by Perennial Holdings in collaboration with Skidmore, Owings & Merrill. Within the tower, Aman Singapore will encompass a hotel, a collection of branded residences and a members-only Aman Club.

The interiors will be designed by long-time collaborator Kerry Hill Architects, known for defining the brand’s understated aesthetic. A full floor will be dedicated to expansive suites – among the largest in Singapore – with views across the skyline and South China Sea. Facilities will include a holistic Aman Spa, infinity-edged pool, and a selection of dining spaces that reflect Aman’s global culinary sensibilities.

For those seeking a permanent connection to the Aman lifestyle, the limited collection of branded residences will offer one- to five-bedroom homes serviced with the brand’s trademark discretion and attention to detail. According to Aman Group Chairman and CEO Vlad Doronin, “The launch of Aman Singapore within the landmark Skywaters development marks an exciting chapter for our brand and is something our devoted community has long anticipated.”

Aman Singapore joins a strong pipeline of forthcoming destinations including Dubai, Riyadh and Beverly Hills, alongside recent urban sanctuaries in Bangkok, Tokyo and New York.
