Aman Residences, Dubai – Terrace
Aman Dubai will bring an all-suite hotel, branded residences, the largest Aman Club to date and extensive wellness facilities to Dubai Peninsula
Aman has announced it will open Aman Dubai, marking the first Aman property in the United Arab Emirates. The forthcoming hotel and private residence collection will be located on the Dubai Peninsula, along the Jumeirah coastline, with direct beach access and open water views.
The project has now broken ground onsite, marking a key development milestone. Conceived as an urban sanctuary within one of the world’s most dynamic cities, Aman Dubai will be defined by space, privacy and landscape, with nine acres of gardens, shaded courtyards, water features and discreet pathways designed to create a sense of calm within the city.
Aman Dubai hotel and residences
The development will comprise an Aman hotel alongside a limited collection of private Aman branded residences. The residences will offer a fully serviced living experience, with generous interiors, private outdoor terraces with swimming pools, uninterrupted sea views and Dubai skyline outlooks.
At the heart of the project will be the global Aman Club, designed as the largest Aman Club to date. Spanning 9,500 square metres, it will include wellness, dining and social spaces, as well as a movement studio, indoor padel courts and outdoor tennis courts.
Residents will also have priority access to the hotel’s 2,890-square-metre Aman Spa and Wellness centre, alongside a curated selection of dining and lifestyle experiences.
Design
Designed by long-time Aman collaborator Kerry Hill Architects, Aman Dubai will draw on the brand’s restrained architectural language, with natural materials, careful proportions and seamless transitions between indoor and outdoor living.
The design responds to both the coastal setting and regional context, creating a contemporary expression rooted in place. Earlier design details referenced Arabian hospitality, the region’s architectural and cultural heritage, and a desert-toned palette.
“Aman Dubai reflects our continued focus on creating exceptional destinations within the world’s most dynamic cities,” said Vlad Doronin, Chairman and CEO of Aman Group. “Located in a prime position along the Jumeirah coastline, the project brings together both an urban and resort experience.
“This project is defined by its generosity of space, its relationship to the landscape, and a quiet, enduring architectural language. Within this, the residences are central, and offer a highly private, fully serviced lifestyle, supported by the scale of the global Aman Club and the brand’s uncompromising approach to service.”
Location
Dubai Peninsula is planned as a coastal neighbourhood where residential living and hospitality come together. Organised around a central park with pedestrian routes, the precinct will connect the beach, marina and promenades within a walkable waterfront setting, with a superyacht marina, retail, dining, hospitality destinations and landscaped parkland also planned.
“Aman Dubai is conceived as a place of quiet retreat within the city, where simplicity of design, attention to detail and a strong connection to nature define the experience,” said Shahab Lutfi, Chairman of H&H.
According to Aman, Aman Residences, Dubai has already seen strong demand, including the sale of its two penthouses. Further updates on Aman Dubai are expected to be shared in due course.
