HOW MUCH DOES IT COST TO ENTER?
First entry: $190 AUD incl GST
Subsequent entries: $130 AUD incl GST

CAN I ENTER MY PROJECT IN MORE THAN ONE CATEGORY?
Yes, if your project is relevant to more than one category. Each entry will attract a submission fee. See above for details on multiple entries.

HOW DO I ENTER?
To enter, head to our Entry Portal here and create a new account. If you have submitted an entry into the awards in previous years, you must still create a new account. If you encounter any difficulties throughout the submission process, please email us at events@luxurytravelmag.com.au for assistance.

DO I NEED TO BE BASED IN AN AUSTRALIAN COUNTRY TO BE ELIGIBLE TO ENTER?
You do not need to be based in Australia to enter the majority of categories; entries are welcomed from around the globe. However, specific categories require a presence in certain regions: 
– Outstanding Contribution to Luxury Travel in Australia
– Gourmet Luxury Tourism Experience – Australia & New Zealand
– Luxury Hotel or Resort – Australia, New Zealand & South Pacific

HOW MANY IMAGES CAN I SUBMIT?
Up to 10 images can be used to support your entry. 

WHAT SIZE DO THE IMAGES NEED TO BE?
Please ensure your images are of the highest quality. We suggest a minimum of 1920 x 1080 pixels (300 DPI) in landscape orientation. We will NOT accept pixelated images. You’ll be prompted to include your photographer’s name in your entry so the photography can be credited if your entry is publicised.

MUST MY IMAGES BE IN LANDSCAPE FORMAT?
No, we also accept portrait format, but if you have some landscape-format shots available, please include them.

WHAT FILE TYPE DO THE IMAGES NEED TO BE?
Please submit your images in JPG or PNG format. All other file types are not accepted. You are able to upload up to 15 photos.

WHAT TEXT DO I NEED TO SUBMIT?
The requested text descriptions vary slightly across the categories. The entry form asks for basic details such as property name, parent company (if applicable), location and photographer’s name, as well as more descriptive paragraphs. To view the entry form for each category, you can register to enter at our Entry Portal, and view the online entry form for each category with no commitment to lodge an entry.

IS THERE A TIME PERIOD IN WHICH MY PROJECT/PRODUCT MUST HAVE BEEN COMPLETED?
For most categories, there is no specific completion date required for your project or product. However, there is an exception for the category – New Hotel or Resort Design. To be eligible for this category, your hotel or resort must have opened or reopened within the timeframe of January 1st, 2023, to March 31st, 2024.

CAN I SAVE A DRAFT OF MY ENTRY AND RETURN TO IT LATER?
Yes. You can return to and edit your entry at any point up to the entry deadline of 11:59pm on 30 May 2024, Australian Eastern Standard Time. Your entry will not be complete until final payment has been processed and your entry submitted.

Entries close 11:59 PM on 30 May 2024.
