The most spacious suite onboard Explora I, the first of up to six luxury cruise ships, has been unveiled by Explora Journeys.

Explora Journeys has revealed a new suite onboard its Explora I cruise ship, which at 280m2, will be the largest accommodation offering for passengers when the ship sets sail on her maiden journey in July.

The Owner’s Residence features a spacious suite area measuring 155m2 as well as an outdoor terrace spanning 125m2, complete with an eight-seat dining table and an infinity whirlpool. In addition to luxurious linens from Frette, a telescope, and an extensive pillow selection, the suite features premium amenities like a Dyson Supersonic hairdryer and a selection of Technogym workout equipment. A private bar will be replenished according to guest preferences.

Jason Gelineau, Head of Product at Explora Journeys, said: “Every aspect of the design of our Owner’s Residence reflects the meticulous curation of all details. We have partnered with renowned brands to provide an unparalleled experience for our guests. Sofas and chairs are by iconic design brands like Knoll and Molteni & C, outdoor furniture is from Manutti, sophisticated lighting solutions are designed by Astep and the luxurious double vanity bathroom is made of precious Calacatta marble. All these incredible details create an elegant, yet effortlessly relaxed European sense of luxury.”

Guests booking the Owner’s Residence can expect private butler services such as unpacking and packing, itinerary and transport planning, and private in-suite dining. Priority bookings for culinary venues, a complimentary spa treatment, roundtrip home to airport ground hotel transfers, a complimentary pre- or post-journey hotel night, and roundtrip transfers from/to hotel and port are also included.

Explora I will set sail from Southampton in the UK on her 15-night maiden voyage on 17 July, exploring the Norwegian fjords and the Arctic Circle en route to Copenhagen, Denmark.
