Aman Dubai plans to offer guests an oasis amid the bustle of the United Arab Emirates’s most populous city
Aman has announced it will open Aman Dubai, marking the first Aman property in the United Arab Emirates. The new hotel will offer luxury hospitality in one of the world’s most dynamic cities and will be located in Jumeirah 2, a prime Dubai location. Collaborating closely with Aman is the project’s owner, Bright Start, which is a real estate investment company with a curated portfolio of realty assets. H&H Development, a real estate developer with a proven track record in the UAE, is leading the delivery of this unique property.
Encompassing an all-suite hotel, Aman Dubai will feature a limited number of Aman branded residences, an Aman Spa sprawling over 2,000 sqm in size, several choices of restaurants and an Aman Club. The resort will be situated along Jumeirah Beach with private beach access for Aman guests and residents.
Designed by KHA (Kerry Hill Architects), Aman Dubai plans to include nine acres of gardens, minimal and contemporary designs throughout the property and cityscape and waterfront views. Design visions draw from Arabian hospitality, the region’s architectural and cultural heritage and desert tones.

Shahab Lutfi, CEO of Bright Start, added that the hotel and residence aims to invite “visitors and residents alike to embark on a journey of unparalleled indulgence and sophistication.”
Aman Dubai is currently in the development phase and plans to release further information about the property in due course.
